This policy explains how Parcelers ("we", "us") handles personal data for visitors to this website and for people and businesses who use the Parcelers network.
Who we are
Parcelers provides an agentic-first network for ecommerce logistics: multi-carrier label distribution and warehouse fulfilment that an AI agent operates over the Model Context Protocol. For this website and for accounts created directly with us, Parcelers is the data controller.
What we collect
- Account and lead data: name, email, company and country when you request early access or create an account.
- Operational data: shipments, addresses, parcels and tracking events needed to rate, label, track and fulfil.
- Usage data: actions taken on the network, including the tool calls your agent makes, so we can run, secure and bill the service.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and approximate region (used to choose a default language).
How we use it
- To provide, secure and improve the network and this website.
- To rate carriers, produce labels, track parcels and run fulfilment on your instruction.
- To process payments, top-ups and supplier payouts.
- To respond to enquiries and early-access requests.
Sharing
We share data with carriers and suppliers only as needed to produce a label or move a parcel you asked us to ship, and with processors who help us run the service (such as hosting and payments). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
