Parcelers is an agentic-first network for ecommerce logistics. It connects shippers (store owners), carriers (suppliers) and warehouses, and exposes every capability as a tool your AI agent can call over the Model Context Protocol. Your agent rate-shops carriers, buys labels, tracks parcels and runs fulfilment on your behalf.

It means you operate Parcelers by instruction rather than by clicking through dashboards. You tell your agent what you need ("ship today's orders the cheapest tracked way") and it does the work across the network. There is still a portal when you want one, but the day-to-day runs by ask.

The network includes UPS, FedEx, DHL, BOXC and TRAIIGO today, alongside a growing pool of suppliers who bring their own carrier credentials. One rate call ranks them all so you always see the best option.

Shopify is live today as both an order source and a carrier service. WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay and Etsy are in active build, with more on the roadmap. If your platform is not connected yet, your agent can still rate, label, track and fulfil directly over MCP.

Apply through early access, connect a sandbox credential, set your rates, and pass a go-live gate. Once verified, your services are surfaced to shippers across the network and you earn on the labels routed to you, with payouts moving through a clear approved-to-paid lifecycle.

You can bring any MCP-capable agent, and the network meets it where it is. You do not have to adopt a specific assistant to use Parcelers.

Shippers top up prepaid credit and spend it on labels and fulfilment, with live carrier rates shown before you book. Carriers set their own rates and earn on routed labels. Detailed launch pricing is shared with early-access members first.

Yes. Access is permissioned per tool, so your agent can only do what you allow. We treat your store, carrier and customer data as confidential and process it only to run the service.
